★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smallest 7-Eleven I've ever been inside. But, there was no soda machine inside! Was craving a Super Big Gulp and nada! Ended up going elsewhere ... won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM !! I got a full car wash from here. But the washer don’t have enough soap. After the wash when I went to the staff that my car is not clean the manager or the owner was really behaving rude with me. I explained him that the trunk is not not cleaned properly.
He started yelling at me that try washing your car every 3rd day not every week.
He also mentioned that full wash and quick wash don’t have any difference I must go for a Luxury was. IF THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE WHY YOU ARE CHARGING 3$ EXTRA ???
At Last pains for luxury wash again and got my car washed.
I never excepted this kind of behaviour from a manager/owner I don’t know how this location is running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am coming here almost 3 times per WEEK because I am a professional driver and this is the station to fill up my cars.
The companies that I work for has a SPEED PASS key that DOES NOT work outside at the pumps at all!!!
Basically in order to use it ,I must go inside,wait in line up,
go the right till and pay after all this.
Sometimes its after 10 pm and I have to wait outside in the rain ,at the line ups and WAIT again in order to fill up,because of security reasons the doors are locked.
This is NO THE WAY the SPEED PASS works.
Someone must do something about this.
It is wasting A LOT of my time and my patience.
ESSO must do something about t his and ONLY a manager of an ESSO can do it but no one CARES AT ALL...!!!
Basically this is FAULSE INFORMATION at the pumps.
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is your car wash ever working fine? Came here few times. Sometime detergent/soap is out, or wax thing applied at the end is out , or tri-foam with only one colour. Or rinse not working properly with detergent residue left all over. And your employees will always give the lamest excuse to not accept blame and give at least a free rinse. Never coming here for car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is not good here. I had Luxury wash. First, wheels wash time too short. Rainbow protection does not applied evenly. Blower too weak that leave water on my car every where. Tried to dry with microfiber cloth and leave black mark on the cloth. May be try 2 regular washes will be better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning staff are very nice. Coming in the afternoon is a different story. Pumps never have receipts, and the cashiers move so slow. I’m stuck waiting in line for 10-15min just to ask for a receipt from my pump. Most of the afternoon workers don’t wear they’re mask properly, especially when handling food. Biggest pet peeve there for sure is that one of the workers park their OWN car at a pump. This is a very busy location is beside several dealerships and right off the knight st bridge. Why would you take a customers spot?
