★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Pumps are always out of receipt paper. Have to walk in to get my receipt.
2. Washrooms are always out of order.
3. The worst customer service. Numerous occasions where staff is disrespecting customers.
Keep this up and this pump will shutdown like the others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 300 points -7c gas discount reward on journie card so I key in code at pump to redeem discount. First pump said code not valid, went to second pump it said code not valid. Went in store the staffs said I can pay for the amount of gas in store and scan my journie appt on phone and give me a receipt. I ask how is it going to give my discount before I even put in gas? He said you need to have 300 points and I said I do and want to use it since it's $1.68 liter. He then said oh ..you can use it next time. I said well next time prices might be higher than now. I sense something is fishy with the pumps and inquiried why both pumps not accepting codes. No reply from staffs. I decided to cancel my transaction and when to another Chevron to which no problem in accepting my code and also gas price was even cheaper. Never buying gas from 5736 Main Street Chevron again. I feel they somehow turn off the code acceptance function whenever they lower their gas price. Bad business. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband get gas here because of the convenient location. We tried to pump some air into the tires and the air pump shut off on us twice after we paid within 20 seconds of starting. When we went to talk to the cashier they refused to do anything about it. July 8th and 10:40 am. Very disappointing.
