Potato wedges were as cold as the service. The pizza was not so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place when you visit in-store, some friendly people in there. But what I don't understand is, how can they mess up your order almost everytime when you're ordering from UberEats. There are clear instructions, and it's happened most of the time. I get annoyed because I have to get my refund back, but I just want to eat my food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure it's a lovely spot if you stopped by in person but like 10 out of 11 times they mess up my orders on uber eats, the other time they called and said they didn't have the item even though the menu on the app said they have them.
Now granted that my orders are usually late at night, I understand it's tough for the staff, they forgot to mark thing off from the app but a call would be great, and mistake happens but all the time like this is just unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night staff was terrible. He had no clue what so ever. I bought my things and really to pay. He saw us and just walked away immediately from the till and told us that the new shipment came and we needed to wait for 10 minutes to make my purchase. Wow you give up a 30 seconds task which will make an instant profit to do the 10 minutes task. What kind of logic is it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good local 7 eleven that you mostly find near common neighbourhoods, and i love that their stock(s) don't run out quickly unless if it comes to giftcards. absolutely the hot foods are yummy. But it's really sticky on the floor and counter at the coffee and slurpee section

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks and this location serves hot food such as taquitos and hot dogs.

Unprofessional. If he was having a bad day, maybe he shouldn't take it out on customers?
Guess he wasn't taught how to treat people, especially elderly people, with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On May 13, 11:10pm, when I went to the store for smokes and coke, I received very bad service from the CSR(male). I don’t know why 7eleven failed in training. No greetings, no respect. Moreover he is not even wearing uniform and name batch.
After this review, I hope 7eleven will take action and make sure to serve & act properly in future.
