Nice stuff but very expensive. don't understand why they indicate best price on the floor when its stuff very expensive anyway beauty come with a price. Service is beyond awful, 0 service !! make it -10. I was waiting for 20 min at 1:30 pm today. no one severed me. No one came in approach me. So i decided to go see the receptionist which greeted me very humbling, advise me to go upstairs and someone will be there to assist you. I was upstairs waiting and I saw six people in the conference room just talking, acknowledge that I was there but no one came to see me. I left the place frustrated and I will never go back. if i was the owner of the place. i would of make a lot of changes toward the services.

Just like some other reviews, I also wished we could give a 0 score. We ordered a simple toilet seat, it took ages to come and it misses some parts. We tried to contact them for weeks to fix the problem and no luck. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.

I give 1 star, the service is awful at this location. Salespeople uninformed, haughty, and appear to have a great disdain for their job. It's really too bad we were looking to redo our bathrooms, the products looked great, unfortunately will not be purchasing from them, as there are other places that will offer better products and better service. Don't waste your time going there.

I wish I could give zero stars! The service is terrible. We ordered 2x 600$ faucets for our bathroom vanity and that turned into a nightmare... missing parts in the boxes (they clearly sold us open boxes at regular price!) and after months of running after the salesperson and her sending us the wrong parts SEVERAL TIMES we ended up having to deal directly with the provider to be able to finally resolve the problem. Unfortunately we had also placed a deposit on the matching faucet for our bath and months later when we finally received our bath to install it, we had to fight for her to honour the agreed upon price! Today our plumbers are here to install everything and guess what, there is a piece of the faucet with a defect and they cannot install it! After paying 1700$ for our faucet, now we have to go through that terrible after-sale service AGAIN. And not to mention we’ll have to pay for our plumber to come back a second time! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

It's been a few times I go there. They have standard prices compared to other place, sometimes even good prices and they have a great show room. The people working there always seem to act like you're bothering them if you don't have an appointment so it's best to get an appointment or you'll really not feel welcome. Recently I had ordered a brush nickel finishing for a faucet and was told it would be 4 week delay. Considering it's covid times and it's not a chrome finish, I understood figuring it could be 5 weeks. So with no update and more than 8 weeks later they finally called to say they received it and now that I no longer need it because I found something in the last week they still want to charge a 20% return fee even though I've never received the product. More than 8 weeks of delay, while it might not be their fault, I certainly cannot pay a 20% return fee for an item I've never seen and with no update or feedback through the process. I had called and left a message 2 weeks before inquiring about the faucet. It was during working hours but often you get the message box. I never got a call back either. As a plumbing contractor myself, I've dealt with many different suppliers and this place always seems just a bit off to my liking. It's not as bad as Batimat in terms of customer service, certainly not the worst, but they could use some improvements.

AVOID I never leave reviews but this place is awful. Forgot to place my order after an 8 week delay. Rude sales people, rude manager. Very arrogant people who think they are special selling expensive toilets.

Could not believe the terrible customer service. Guy sighed in my face when I gave him measurements of the shower doors I was looking for despite it being standard. Take your business elsewhere. Not even worth walking into this store. Why support a business that hires someone like that???

Terrible customer experience.. Once it was a good place, now - just disaster, seems like customers bother the workers. It works by appointment, we got an appointment in a week when called, just to come and hear that faucets we need are not in store, all in catalogs only and delivery time is in 8-12 weeks, leave alone the prices.. If I can't see it in your showroom and can't buy it right away, why I need you guys, with plenty of online retailers.. And it's simple Deck-Mounted 4-holes tub faucet with personal shower, to replace the old one in my house. If you don't have it, at least tell right away, don't set appointment in a week just to tell you don't have it.
