★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get the chance to get the gentlemen’s name that answered my call today, but i appreciate the professionalism and even if at the end he was not able to help with the quote for group of 10.
I called a few other travel agents and including airlines, and i totally understand ppl are short staffed and busy, but their service was poor if they even responded, and other times flat out rude …
I congratulate Voyages Maestro for the quality response to my inquiry today and for sure you will be the 1st travel agent i will call for future travel needs.
Thank you and keep it up - covid or not, clients should always get excellent service !
