The service is horrible! The Sellers control there bosses. They talk with lot of ego and no modesty. Prices are extremely expensive. In one word. Avoid.

The showroom is really beautiful and inspirational. It has been a pleasure shopping here. From the first time I walked into Ciot (being clueless in construction), over two years ago, Michael Tenaglia came out to help me and guide me from A to Z and the experience has been nothing short of excellent ever since. The best part of my experience has been having Michael's incredible design input. It's wonderful when great service forms into friendship.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Tenaglia who was extremely helpful in choosing our tiles. Thanks to his wonderful suggestions and after staying within our budget/taste we are very pleased with the results!

Ciot offers a good selections of tiles on display, to bad you have to charge for samples and not even provide a refund if we don’t like it. Just spend $22 for two tiles, brought it home to realize it’s not what we like. Waisted $22 bucks and the tiles will end up in the garbage bin. I’m not going back to pay for more non refundable samples in order to find what we are looking for. Other tile stores provides a more flexible service to their clients. Will prioritize them instead.

This was a great place to go to for our home renovation. The experience was good from start to finish. We worked with Lucia and she was able to guide us through it all without too much stress. She is very knowledgeable and has exquisite taste. I would trust her with any and all future renovations. They have an abundance of tile choices along with granites, quartz, porcelains, etc... It's an upscale store with all kinds of beautiful bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I would definitely recommend this store!!!

Montreal deserves better than Ciot. Customer service is the worst. They already give you a delayed timeline for your purchase to arrive with the Covid excuse ( which I understand but on top of it, when the item delays even couple more months (not weeks) , they don’t even have the manners to send an e-mail telling that it will take longer and they are sorry for the unplanned delay. Once they get your order and money, they can’t care less. Worked with them twice, one for a big house and then a condo, very disappointed at the end. Wish didn’t give a second chance. I hope some other business challenges them soon so they can be forced to upgrade themselves to 21st century or they can go out of business. Like I said Montreal deserves better.

Ciot installed our kitchen countertops and I don't have enough good things to say about them and their service. The gentleman Tom that assisted us with our purchase was very pleasant and professional. The team did the job that they said they would in the time frame they advised. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Ciot used to be an excellent source for granite, but our latest experience with them was terrible. The customer service was abysmal, with very little communication despite weeks of delays (I understand that covid has made life difficult for everyone, but that should be built into the stated schedule by now). Direct questions in emails to our service representative were ignored and calls to Ciot customer service went unanswered. After all of this it's very nerve-racking to pay in full only to be told that "someone will call you to schedule installation". Beyond these customer-relations problems, the measuring and installation was sloppy and poorly executed. We ended up with a gap of almost 1/2" at one end of the slab that was supposed to fit tightly to the wall. The installers filled this gap with white acrylic (on a dark grey slab) and told me to paint it to match the wall. True story. And this after they gouged the existing wall with the slab (new compound and paint) and broke off a support that held the cabinet walls vertical. The only reason that Ciot gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that they actually did manage to produce a piece of granite (albeit poorly fit) and didn't cuss at me at least while I was within earshot. I wish that we hadn't gone with Ciot for project and certainly hope never to deal with them again in the future.
