★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently did the 2 hour express tour and had a great time. Learned that Ottawa is AMAZING for cycling. There are hundreds of kilometres of recreational bike paths along the waterways and lush parks. It is the perfect way to explore downtown. The bike tour was incredibly scenic. It was the perfect way to see the major sites. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend!
If you don’t do a tour, definitely rent bikes! I’m convinced walking/driving around downtown is completely useless. This city was built for biking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rented E- bikes from this lovely shop 2 times this past summer and fall. The customer service went above and beyond what I was expecting. Knowledgable and friendly staff! They provided us with a map and pointed out the best routes to take! The ebikes are wonderful! Will be coming back this spring to rent ebikes again!
Pay no heed to the fake one star reviews that were posted by ignorant anti-health and public safety mandate occupiers that harassed our neighbours and downtown business owners for 3 weeks Shame on the convoy participants who stooped so low!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Nora and the team for organizing such a wonderful bike tour. We arrived a little late but they have already had the bikes setup and took care of the adminstrative work quickly to send us on the way. They also packed water and snack bars for us.
The Ottawa neighborhoods and nature tour was a perfect complement to tours that cover the historic buildings in the parliament hill area, as I was able to see a different side of Ottawa and take in the scenes of locals and learn of the recent developments of the city. I came back from the tour with a deeper appreciation of the nation's capital.
Nora was our tour guide and she was extremely friendly, informative and attentive throughout the tour. She came prepared with printed maps and images to explain different parts of the city.
The bikes were also in great condition and the routes chosen were safe and scenic. I would highly recommend the tour and this bike shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I enjoyed our 1.5 hour bike tour the most of the 4 tours we did in Ottawa. Our tour guide Sparky was fun and informative. Maria and her team's extra effort was appreciated and the bike quality was excellent. We also enjoyed our coffee and entertainment on the street patio. We will definitely take a longer tour with them on our next trip to Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bike tour was the starting point of my visit in Ottawa and it was an absolutely right decision - cycling is one of the best ways to explore this lovely city.
I booked the 3.5 hr tour, the 20+ km ride was tiring but more than worthy. The price is reasonable taken all services into consideration. Equipments (bike+helmet) are nice and accessible. The route is well designed - we rode around the city (including Ottawa and Gatineau) and went through most of the main spots in Ottawa. I had a strong feeling that I was living and breathing with this city. Mr 乐迪' guide was vivid and interactive. All staff are very friendly, caring, and (for sure) knowledgeable about the city.
I would definitely recommend the bike tour to friends who will visit Ottawa and would love to join the tour again if I revisit Ottawa some day. Thank you so much for providing me such an amazing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a magical bike tour with Sparky this morning. Could not have dreamt up a better experience. Informative, fun and zippy! The absolute perfect way to see Ottawa in 2hrs. Maria the proprietor is awesome and she certainly gets the best guides! If you're going to Ottawa this is a must-do to kickoff your visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented some e-bikes and had a wonderful time riding along the canal and city seeing the tulips. The motor also helped with any hills and the frequent stopping and starting to enjoy the gardens and views. Would definitely recommend! The staff were very nice as well and made sure we had a map and helmet and answered any of our questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented ebikes from Escape for 4 hours (booked on line). Bikes were ready for us when we arrived. We received great service and directions on a route that took us along the canal and back along the river. We had a great time! Bikes worked perfectly! We even stopped for lunch at a pub on the way back. In hindsight, we should have rented the bikes for the entire day…Ottawa is a great city to tour by bike. Highly recommend renting from Escape.
