Workers were friendly but was disappointed by the food. Paid $18 for a cheeseburger and it was very bland, as a cook myself I can tell the burger patty and fries were cheap and bought frozen in a box.

Stopped in to get a camp axe and ice cream. The axe was very reasonably priced and the ice cream was delicious! There are tables located on the patio and out by the road as well. Very popular place for a good reason, will need to come back and try the food. Edit: Tried two different burgers and they were both fantastic! Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger and the Firecracker Burger... both fully dressed with lettuce, onion, and tomato. The Firecracker burger was indeed HOT, but so good! The secret sauce seemed to be a kind of spicy barbecue, I added ketchup to mine... my mouth is still burning as I type this review... but, I would do it all over again if I weren't so full. The Grilled cheese cheeseburger was awesome as well, my husband ordered it and I had to try it. A bacon cheeseburger in between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Yum! See photos for details (be prepared for mouth watering). Both burgers came with a side, we opted for salads to offset the carb overload of the burgers!

Even though the food was not too bad. The food was way too pricey. Also as someone who doesn't like pickles that menue didn't say that the burger had pickles but it did. As for the convince store it was pretty good.

Love grabbing breakfast and coffee from you guys after a morning hike in Algonquin. So convenient and it’s hot and delicious. The place is usually busy so wait time can be a bit longer than expected but they have a loud microphone to announce your order # which I could hear from my truck in their parking lot while it was raining. Prices are comparable to a restaurant not a fast food joint, as it should. Excellent!

Didn’t expect to find gluten-free good in the middle of Algonquin! The burger and the poutine were delicious, even though the portions are perhaps a tad too large. The staff is super nice and as for the waiting time, I’m more than happy to wait for 10+ minutes if it means that the food is fresh and homemade!

Great food!! I've had dinner here twice in the past year and it was exactly what we needed, warm, filling, well balanced large portions. There's a pretty wide selection of options to eat at the restaurant, the staff are really friends and helpful. Sometimes it gets really busy around lunch and dinner, the staff work really hard to get your meal ready for you as quickly as possible. We had the fish and chips and the lasagna, strongly recommend both on a cold day, fresh, hot and delicious!! The store is well stocked as well, from anything you may have forgotten to pack to fun souvenirs to bring back home. Wonderful place, strongly recommend stopping by on your way in the Algonquin Park!

At about the km 31 mark of Hwy 60 through Algonquin Provincial Park is the Lake of Two Rivers Store & Cafe. The separate venues of Grocery and Camp Store along with Cafe & Grill are operated by Algonquin Outfitters under an agreement with Ontario Parks. General Note: Algonquin Provincial Park via Hwy 60 is 56 km from the West Gate (marker 0 km) to the East Gate (marker 56 km). Attractions, lakes & trails are identified by huge road signs. My sweetie and I stopped to get a bite and strong java before beating the trails. Brace yourself for sticker shock before entering either venue. Remind yourself that you've been labelled a Tourist! After ordering breakfast and told to wait outside for order #29 to be prepared, I walked over to the store for a browse. About 10 minutes later, I heard #29 over the loudspeaker and promptly made my way back to the outdoor order pickup area. There were plenty of picnic tables to sit at and after a quick but good meal, it was time to scamper. Nature was calling us!

A nice store to have in Algonquin operated by Algonquin Outfitters. The coffee is fine, the pastries are quite yummy, albeit a bit on the pricey side, But hey, you are on vacation so no big deal. I found the store and cafe well organized and well stocked. It was very handy to even find a toothbrush I forgot to pack. Staff are friendly too!
