Eprider took time to explain what they were going to do and gave me a fair price on a charger, they also found some things i didnt know was wrong like a leaky break. Getting the bike back it feels better than before. Will return if there is future issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely friendly staff I was just passing by with a flat tire saw their garage door open ask them kindly if I could use a pump to pump my bike without any hesitation the owner came out lend us a hand and offered to pump everyone's bike and was super courteous, A1 service!!!

Great service and Jurij/staff is very knowledgeable on bikes, batteries and any other repair questions you might have. Will definitely be coming back for service there and future purchases (Got an EM4 its awesome). Thanks again for all your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with what i thought was a serviceable problem with my battery. Left it overnight and Juri said come back tomorrow hopefully its fixed. Came back to find out he had tested it on a bike and that the problem was not what I thought at all. It would have been easy to just say it was but I appreciated his honesty and was let go free of charge. He ruled out a problem for me which was really helpful and ill definetely be back when i have some work that I actually require done. Give the place a try!
