★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit just to see a store that remains much as it was over 100 years ago!!!
For a store of this size, Josie LeBaron maintains an amazing selection of local artisanal products. Go see for yourself!
Prices are competitive with larger stores so why drive 20 km for most items when you can shop here and then walk down to the dock and look out over beautiful Lake Massawippi!
Certainly you won't find sushi here, or hot soups prepared daily but come on Saturday and buy a scrumptious broiled chicken!
AND, a meeting place for the North Hatley locals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely village grocery store. Been going there for almost 20 years. Great deli. Friendliest people who run it, never disappoints!! You can also find obscure imported oils and snacks from Eastern Europe that you might not expect to find in the Eastern Townships. Fun fact: the store window still has the letters "OW" on it from when they shot the Depp flick "Rear Window" in North Hatley more than a decade ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly people and service. Lots of selection and variety of food products for a village grocery...everything we need most weeks is there. They really came through during Covid-19 by keeping supplies fully stocked, offering excellent shopping support and providing superior dedication to servicing the community.
The kitchenware and novelties shop upstairs has many interesting and useful items as well.
