They were told this is not the people they are looking for! “They keep calling anyway” ??

I assume it was for an old/current employee, but it's extremely irritating. It's a collection agency so I don't expect anything less than annoying but is professionalism too much to ask?

Haven't owned anybody money in almost a couple years now, and still bringing up stuff from 2009 that clearly has been dealt with. Maybe you guys should update your illegal information you are collecting !

Over 3 years ago I had a small amount go to collections after I didn’t pay a small fee when closing my bank account. I paid off EOS right away to have it dealt with. EVERY MONTH FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE YEARS EOS HAS CALLED ME ABOHT THIS SAME DEBT. THEY ONLY LET THE PHONE RING ONCE AND HANG UP. THEY NEVER LEAVE A VOICE MAIL. I HAVE CALLED THEM BACK 10+ TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY SAY “oh yeah you owe nothing I’ll take you off the list” BUT NOTHING IS EVER FIXED. Terrible company.

You have a fined print what I owe you. How you know my number I never give to you. I will sued you for that privacy and personal.
S	Stephen Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This service is absolutely terrible. I keep getting calls from them to look for someone by the name of Mohammad Reza. I've told them on 5 separate accounts to take the number off as it is not the right number. They still call back. If that is their protocol to just call the wrong number repetitively, I can't imagine they are very good at collecting any money from anyone. I am tired of them promising to correct the contact information and not following through with it!
R	RV, Ontario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a SCAM...beware of it before you even answer their calls. I've reported it to RCMP already and they confirmed, looking into it. Just block their numbers. My family members don't even owe any money to anybody, but they still get calls from them, spam written all-over it.
