They should change the way this comes up in a search. It looks as though you could look at Yamaha amps there but as others have said you arrive there and they won't open the door so you can ask where you can find their products. Terrible marketing!

Had a problem with my surround sound receiver. Took it in for repair. Everyone I dealt with including telephone receptionist, warranty person , technicians on phone, and people on receiving counter were very friendly and helpful. Cost was excellent and I was told what and cost of repair before it was done. Thanks

I am well pleased with the service Yamaha provided. I looked all over (online and in a few hardware stores) to find parts but they were Yamaha specific. I called them up and Bonnie (CSR) took such great care to handle my request quickly. Warren and Jesus in the parts department were also quick to answer my queries so overall I am satisfied with everything! Thanks!

Stay away from Yamaha. I purchased a wx-010 WiFi speaker and after a few months it starting sounding crackly. I returned it to the store I purchased it from and they sent it off for warranty repair. That was 4 weeks ago. I was just told they ordered a circuit board for it yesterday... 4 weeks later... And they have no idea when I'll get my speaker back. Horrible service.. And the small local shop I purchased from has also lost a customer because of Yamaha's poor service.

Great service. My baby (A3M electric acoustic, great guitar) was in need of a few repairs. Brought it in, great warranty honored no problem, and could not be happier with the replacement. Set-up perfectly I might add, intonation and just the right amount of action. thanks warren, bonnie, mario, whoever else helped out this satisfied yamaha customer.

While the service centre has tried to be helpful, the pandemic closed them for a few months. My $1000 receiver is now in for the second time for the same major problem, so bad I've had it off for 4 months. Last time they said they couldn't find the actual problem but found another one and replaced the HDMI panel circuit board and suggested that that might fix the problem. When I called back with the same problems, they were not working due to CoVid. It was suggested that I have a lemon which made sense as Yamaha Music would be out of business if all units malfunctioned like mine. It was suggested I consider a replacement or upgrade for some more money. I was told they would phone me when they could look at my unit. I finally called again after waiting 4 months. I took it in last week and am awaiting their decision. I'm not optimistic about another repair attempt and, if offered a replacement or upgrade (the service manager the first time it was serviced told me the store's installers didn't set it up properly and the store sold me atmosphere speakers but a receiver that couldn't drive them as well as discretely drive my rear speakers at the same time, the reason I was offered and am considering an upgrade). It should be noted that I've never had a problem with either of my Sony receivers (40 and 30 years old) or my Onkyo (10 years old) though it did have a recall for a problem I didn't notice and the repair and shipping was paid by Onkyo... Otherwise, no issues with it.
