★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car from this location a week ago and it was a very positive experience. Got a brand new BMW X2 as an upgrade upon pickup, was driving in style all weekend. Many thanks to Yash and Sarah for taking good care of me! Will do business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rental was through insurance. Shuttle drive was friendly and not a bad driver. Ryan was very helpful in giving me the heads up on how the coverage works with insurance. He also followed up to let me know when the coverage was ending, in case I wasn't aware. He went above and beyond with information, during a stressful time I really appreciated this. Everyone I dealt with, person who answered the phone and shuttle driver were friendly. Great customer service! Car was also new and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Ford Explorer for 2 weeks, and had an excellent check out and check in experience. All the staff was professional and friendly, and when they didn't have the Expedition I asked for available, I was given Sat radio and Navigation for free- a great bonus! I usually rent from here once a year, and they have consistent good service. Always appreciate a free upgrade too, and that happens every couple of times. Would recommend always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly girl at the customer service. I really liked her attitude and friendliness. I asked for pick up service and got it instantly.
I generally prefer bigger cars. I reserved Standard SUV and received a bigger one which made me very happy.
This location has one of the biggest park of cars in the city with prices lower than average.
The car was in a good technical condition. Except with a lot of tear and wear that was caused by previous bad customers. I treat rental cars as they are mine. I wish all customers would be like me.
