★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed i had a reservation today, i went there on time, the place was close at 10am i called the number on the door multiple times no answer, had to pay twice for taxi, i will report this to head office as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst one ever rude staff I called to rent a car he said no cars available so I went online reserve one when I come back after few hours he was so impolite so I had to go to a different enterprise. I would give them 0 star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly a single star is too generous for this location, Kiro is not fit to represent a great company like Enterprise. Firstly, he refused to accept my New Brunswick drivers license until I got him a second piece of ID, he also over billed me which is preposterous! The car he gave me was not washed, and the gas was half tank as well. Please use other locations until Enterprises gets a competent manager for this location.
I sent an email to enterprise as instructed and absolutely nothing was done, what a shame.
