Seul petit hic... on voulait un gros VUS (c'était lrévu au téléphone)... on nous a proposé de quoi de gros comme un CHR ou CX7 comme nos propres véhicules!
Finalement, nous avons eu entière satisfaction en ayant un Chevrolet Equinox qui était étonnement économique coté essence (ayant fait allée-retour Montréal / New Jersey).
Donc, wow... et pas de surprise avec des frais cachés ou extras.
Et le service impeccable.
 Very satisfied with the vehicle, price service.
Only small problem... we wanted a big SUV (it was seen on the phone)... we were offered something big like a CHR or CX7 like our own vehicles!
Finally, we were completely satisfied by having a Chevrolet Equinox which was surprisingly economical on the gasoline side (having made a return trip to Montreal / New Jersey).
So, wow... and no surprises with hidden fees or extras.
And the impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called 7 mins ahead knowing I was literally going to be 2 minutes late. Called Avis this location to let them know. The guy who picked up the phone said the system would close right at the dot and he wouldn’t be able to close the contract. I didn’t think to ask if he could kindly start closing before the system closed. I. My previous experiences, other locations would have given a 30 min grace period. I said ok I’ll try to be their as quickly as I could. I got there 3:02 and the guy had closed off and left!!! He must have left right after I called cause I wasn’t able to get through anymore. What kind of business are you trying to do here???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how they can be successful in business and not care about customers needs. I ordered and reserved a specific type of vehicle (SUV) and paid the fee that was associated to that vehicle. Then I show up there only to get the complete opposite of the vehicle and a lesser cheap compact model and for the price I paid for the upgrade. Completely dishonest. I refused and was going to go elsewhere and they still wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for that day, when they don't live up to the agreement. Never again Avis, especially the one on Langelier.
