★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved an SUV for a wedding and baptism weekend, sent in a copy of my license as requested for the reservation and asked for a confirmation, which I never got. I called the next day to request a confirmation, they told me "no problem, just send you email", which I did. Still no response. I showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV, which is nowhere to be seen, and the door is locked, so I call, and am told "oh I rented it to someone else". To which I objected profusely, and was told "let me see if I can find you something else. I'll call you back in 10 minutes." And lo an behold, no call. Worst service I've ever received, where reservations by phone mean Nothing. I had to make last minute accommodations elsewhere. For a wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was caught in a bind on Monday night at Laval airport when Budget did not have a car for my reservation. As well, it was a one day strike for city cabs (sigh!) and no one else had a car. Thanks to Citycar I was able to get a car from them and the next day I was able to just drop the car off at the airport. Nice work and great customer service. Good luck as you grow your business and with that kind of great service, I'm sure you guys will succeed.

& ended up with a very disappointing customer service experience.The attendant over the phone was unprofessional & so rude while extending two day & asking extra charges on Insurance .Pls.be careful. I'll NOT recommend.
