â â â â â Les deux derniĂšres fois que jâai appelĂ© pour faire une rĂ©servation de vĂ©hicule et les deux fois je nâai pas reçu un service courtois. Le mĂȘme employĂ© que jâai eu les deux fois au tĂ©lĂ©phone (Ă qui je nâai pas demandĂ© le nom dâailleurs et jâaurais dĂ»!) parle dans un ton mĂ©prisant et pressĂ©. Cela mâindique quâil manque probablement du personnel et quâil doit gĂ©rer plusieurs tĂąches simultanĂ©ment OU quâil nâoffre juste pas un bon service client. Il se peut quâil y a des employĂ©s qui prennent Ă coeur le service Ă la clientĂšle, mais il sâavĂšre que je ne suis pas tombĂ©e sur lâun dâeux! Je peux comprendre que plusieurs facteurs de lâenvironnement peuvent amener un individu Ă ĂȘtre plus stressĂ©, irritable, etc. Toutefois, ça nâexcuse pas le service prodiguĂ©. Je nâai jamais une fois parlĂ© dâun ton mĂ©prisant ou parler dâune maniĂšre que quelquâun aurait mal pris. Le service ne donne pas envie de vouloir faire affaire avec eux. Je rappelle quâune des valeurs de Budget est de «mettre lâaccent sur la qualitĂ© et le service» et cette valeur nâest pas du tout respectĂ©e. Au propriĂ©taire/gĂ©rant de cette succursale: il y a du travail Ă faire afin dâamĂ©liorer le service client.
The last two times I called to make a vehicle reservation and both times I did not receive courteous service. The same employee I had both times on the phone (to whom I did not ask the name for that matter and I should have!) Speaks in a scornful and hurried manner. This tells me that he is probably understaffed and has to handle multiple tasks at the same time OR just does not offer good customer service. It may be that there are employees who take customer service to heart, but it turns out that I did not fall on one of them! I can understand that many environmental factors can lead an individual to be more stressed, irritable, etc. However, that does not excuse the service provided. I never once spoke in a scornful tone or talked in a way that someone would have taken wrong. The service does not make you want to do business with them. I remind you that one of Budget's values ââis to "focus on quality and service" and this value is not respected at all. To the owner / manager of this branch: there is work to do to improve customer service.

Les voitures sont propres, dĂ©sinfectĂ©es Ă chaque location et sont toutes en excellente condition de route. ExtrĂȘmement satisfaite Ă chaque visite. Certains commentaires laissĂ©s dans le passĂ© ne sont vraiment pas reprĂ©sentatifs de mes expĂ©riences et ce, Ă chaque location. Je vous recommande fortement Budget au 7200 rue Sherbrooke est Ă MontrĂ©al.
Excellent service! All pandemic safety standards are being followed to the letter. The cars are clean, disinfected with each rental and are all in excellent road condition. Extremely satisfied with each visit. Some comments left in the past are really not representative of my experiences, with each rental. I highly recommend Budget at 7200 rue Sherbrooke est in Montreal.

â â â â â I recommend Budget Rent a Car to anyone who has a problem with Enterprise Rent a Car. Budgets, Customer Service is excellent, they answer all your questions and there is always a manual in the car, if there is something that you do not know how to work something. The price for the week was good. East Royal Versailles Hotel (S66)
