f	francis stonge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis rentré aux urgences, car j'étais en grande dépression.. les agents de sécurités un gars tatoué et une fille les deux dansa fin vingtaine ou mi-vingtaine se sont mit a se moquer d'une patiente en crise en imitant ses lamentations.. Les infirmiers, psychiatre sont superbes! Mais les agents... Forcez-vous... I returned to the emergency room, because I was in a great depression .. the security agents a tattooed guy and a girl both in her late twenties or mid-twenties began to make fun of a patient in crisis by imitating her lamentations .. The nurses, psychiatrist are superb! But the agents ... Force yourself ...
M	Marie Hélène Tapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cet hôpital donne encore des "traitements de choc électrique",ce qui rends la personne qui les reçoit,malade ,sans énergie, fatiguée. En plus de donner des idées noires ,et l'envie de se coucher 24/24 heures. La personne qui reçoit ce genre de soins inhumains ,a constamment l'impression qu'ils (les "soignants ?")veulent la tuer . Ce qui donne une idée de mort imminente.Il y en a qui n'ont même pas une simple chaise berçante dans leur chambre,pour se reposer un un peu. This hospital still gives "electric shock treatments", which makes the person who receives them sick, without energy, tired. In addition to giving black thoughts, and the desire to go to bed 24 hours a day. The person who receives this kind of inhuman care constantly has the impression that they (the "caregivers?") Want to kill her. Which gives an idea of imminent death. There are some who do not even have a simple rocking chair in their room, to rest a little.

The staff (nurses, security guards) in emergency that took care of me and watched me were kind, attentive, and understanding even while I was suffering heavy delusions. I was then transferred to a unit upstairs where conditions were calmer and better, although some baths were unrenovated and only had cold water. It was a little difficult to communicate in French as I am anglophone, but the psychiatrists and some nurses spoke English. I am grateful for the staff as they were there to answer my questions and provide me with what I needed. A special mention to a nurse who was attentive to my dietary needs for a brief stomach issue. The nurses also urged me to not socially isolate and they helped increase my confidence. I was given good resources to continue along my recovery upon my discharge. I believe that communicating to the nurses continuously and pushing myself to adhere to the schedule and routine help me recover.

r	ron lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience going to the emergency department was very poor, I was treated with disdain by the security guard which refuses me services because I had my cell phone.... A tool I used to record my thoughts because I have memory problems. Very disappointed

They kept telling me to call the hospital in my sector and I repeated to them that they aren't doing anything to help. They said that's how it is and I need to be OK with that. Not even a pinch of advice..... they really don't care.
G	Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment there to start an anxiety therapy. They gave me the wrong date and only told me so after I waited over an hour then refused to give me a new appointment. They are crazier than the patients I swear.
P	P L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the hôpital a few days ago and some préposé said to me: « t’es folle » and also « Jesus ne t’aime pas». All I did was spend too much time ont the toilet because my piss wasn’t coming out ....anyway, It’s just so funny how bitter the devil can be ...hehe ....I never saw this lady before in my life but it makes sense that she said those things because she looked completely miserable herself even though I was the “patient” ... I’m glad to love myself enough and have enough inner peace not to go around treating ppl like this....but I do believe it is a very evil world, but if you have understanding you will have the capacity to thrive in it ...But plz lady...stop spreading your deplorable attitude into the world, the world needs less people like you (not more...) and the last place you need to work at is a hospital... Oh and Jesus does love me ...he always did and always will...:)
