★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never deal with this company again! I have rented from many rental companies through my life and never experienced what I have dealing with them. I tried to clear the issue up with their manager and now their head office and all they would do is accuse me more and try to put me down. Now I am being harassed by multiple rude calls from there head office and collections. The calls are abusive and are considered harassment. I have never experienced anything like this. BE WARRNED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst experience ever on the Chilliwack location.
The rental car wasn't cleaned and fueled up from the previous customer. Here you can see the vehicle condition at the time of pick up. Everything was filthy and the garbage from the previous customer still in between the seats. Gross sticky stains on the back seats, cup holders and radio buttons.... And in addition the fuel tank was only 3/8 full.
There is no excuse for this condition as there were 4 staff members sitting around in the office when my husband picked up the car. One of those staff members should have been able to prepare the car for the new rental.
I contacted the company and made them aware about our experience. No reaction! Would not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realize that I wasn't speaking with anyone at this location but whoever answers your phone should find a new job. The person I spoke with was rude and short and not very helpful at all. I just had a couple of simple questions. Your website would not answer them without beginning a reservation and the call taker/automated system did the same thing. Horrendous, try anywhere else other than enterprise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented cars from Enterprise before but the experience at this Chilliwack location was amazing. Friendly staff. Renting and returning the vehicle was simple process. Car was nice and clean. Kudos to the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dad was 10 minutes late (past close) and needed to get his car. The fine young gentleman agreed to wait a few minutes extra just for us. I can't tell you how helpful that was, thank you so much for your great customer service and polite demeanor.
