★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend Kirk for outstanding customer service during what could have been a very difficult time for me. I was involved an auto accident and Kirk didn't drop a beat that day. He provided me with a vehicle the same day, was able to pick me up and bring me back to Enterprise to complete the necessary paperwork. He was technically automated, informative and provided me great advise on the benefits of purchasing their insurance coverage. Most importantly, he was very understanding about my situation. I highly commend Kirk for operation such a smooth running a one person satellite operation. May you reap the efforts of your labours and excellent customer service. Thank you Kirk!
