★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Sam to do the stone work on our house, at first things seemed ok until we began noticing that he was erratic and very disorganized. He has no clue about masonry and is just a salesman. But for Nic, the actual stone installer, we would have been in big trouble with this Sam fellow. You cannot take him for his word, he changes like the weather. He is only interested in the money and cannot be trusted to do as he says. The mistake we made was trusting him. We paid him his final balance while he still had a few things to do on site, next thing we know, he’s denying that the part of the job was not included and we were lying. Even though we have email of him confirming what was left to do on site. This is a job that cost thousands of dollars. I definitely will not recommend him to anyone.
