★ ★ ★ ★ ★ His wife answered the phone and was very unprofessional and rude on the phone to me from answering and continued when I inquired if they were a licensed mason as I needed to restore our chimney and a wett cert. I said I would appreciate a friendlier attitude and she hung up on me. I was at no point rude or disrespectful. i am just a young homeowner asking questions to get the service i need. I hope this reaches her husband and that he is a much friendlier man. I was merely inquiring because many masonry company's are brick layers alone and I truly needed a mason for this job.
