★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It pains me to add a one star review, but we have tried two counsellors because the first was either late or missed scheduled appointments, and the second, on the second appointment, stood us up after a 30 minute drive. I don't understand how these alleged professionals operate when they don't show up for appointments that they themselves make. It doesn't make the client feel like they are a priority, that's for sure.

We did not know where to turn to for help as one family member was helping another and that family member was getting help from another. I researched online therapist and found Family TLC. It was such a blessing to work with our therapists and rely on someone outside the family without feeling like a burden. Even though we have cut the sessions from once a week to once a month, we still find it very valuable and will continue working with FTLC. There are so many online therapists out there, but if you are looking for a suggestion, I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I loved the amazing resources shared by family TLC through their website, podcasts, Youtube videos, and their mobile app. They were really helpful to our family during pandemic.
