What more can you ask for. Thanks guys for all the hard work. Keep up the good work. I will be relentlessly suggesting to all my friends and family to go to Hotspot. The parts are fairly priced and they are good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to parts store due to their excellent service and prices. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices can't be beat and if they don't have it in stock they will have it next day (at least in my case) and I've asked for some odd ball parts. Keep it up guys! 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful with these folks...lots of half truths, lies and wrong parts. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable parts distributor...sold me the wrong shaft for a GM minivan caused a tow as a result and was further challenged to return a part that shouldn't have been provisioned for said vehicle. Never again...terrible assistance, terrible management/ownership...thug like...employees are reluctant to give names or take responsibility for the service and information they provide. Just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the part we needed but they don't wear masks at all. Made me really uncomfortable. There's still a mandatory mask mandate. One guy was coughing into his hands too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I was calling inquiring about car parts for my first vehicle. The gentlemen on the phone seemed very annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, as I just had a list from the mechanic. Phone call was very unpleasant and rushed, and I was hung up on before I could finish my inquiry about parts. I will be going somewhere else soley based off of this experience.
