★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a trailer last week via online to pick up for today (March 27th) at 9:00am. They called and asked me to come at 9:30am as the trailer wasn’t ready. My boyfriend went to pick up as I was sleeping from a night shift and they gave him the wrong trailer from the one I ordered online. How does a uhaul company not know their own trailers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to get trailer for just 2 hour to move my sofa coach and they denied me to give electrical adapter with it. I rented trailer many times earlier and I always get adapter if I am renting for less than 3 hours in same city. And the guy who attached the trailer was very rude. I will prefer to go other location.
