★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a driver, I go to train trailer to pick up trailers and to drop off. I find their dispatch at pickup and drop offers Very bad service, they don’t know how to talk always sounds rude, it’s like they provide trailers for free or something, they should learn to treat customers with respect. I hope the dispatch is not racial profiling customers. And if the management could teach them how to talk to customers.
I been to Milton trailer wizard and Mississauga trailer wizard but I feel they’re way better then train in new Tecumseh
