โ โ โ โ โ Very unfriendly staff clearly not happy with their jobs. Doctor Aron is extremely unprofessional I have gone to her four times with my son with each visit she has to constantly refer to her notes to know what's going on and even then she doesn't even have a connection what's the prognosis and or direction with my son. and final straw last time I went to visit her for a follow-up that she wanted us to have the.., first question she asked me is why are you here?? Enough said I would never recommend coming here it is a circle of confusion and a very negative environment

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Aron is very competent, caring and thorough. What more can one ask from the doctor? Her office staff is friendly, waiting time is minimal. I am very grateful that I am under her care.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Aron is the lst ENT doctor that took more than 10 minutes with me. She even had me return for a 2nd appt. She was extremely thorough unlike all the others who didn't go past anything they couldn't immediately see and operate on! She is kind, listens to your symptoms, and in the 2nd visit we focused in on the symptoms I had had for a few years. Her diagnosis seemed to be spot on. I researched it myself and it really fit my symptoms. First ENT doctor I strongly recommend. Listens, goes beyond the surface, and comes up with a diagnosis. The front staff are extremely nice and helpful as well. Kali

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Aron was absolutely the worst/rudest doctor I have ever experienced. 0 empathy skills with 0 patience in terms of listening to what is actually going on. I came in to get my nose assessed but she refered me to nasal spray which wont fix my issue long term. I told her to her face that she had 0 empathy skills because she truly was trying to make the appointment about herself because I told her she doesnt know what im experiencing "I have the same problem" . She kept telling me that doing surgery wont fix my nose "cosmetically" which is far off from the reason I came in and to make that assumption is really sick. I have a pretty crooked nose and have had several doctors tell me to speak to an ENT. I waited 4 months for this appointment to basically be shoved out the door after 10 minutes. Please dont waste your time with her she is literally the worst. The front desk woman was very very nice though

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Aron was extremely rude I left her office crying my eyes out because I was so frustrated and just wanted some answers. I've never had a doctor make me feel so dumb because THEY didn't pass on information. I already had my nose looked at by other people, I was told the only solution was surgery and I waited for a year and a half for that surgery. I was told they finally booked the appointment and all I got was some nasal spray I've already tried and the door hitting me on the way out. If you can request to see anyone but her, she does not care at all about her patients and was literally checking her watch every 30 seconds. Next time someone who is clearly upset, guide them and inform them instead kf making them feel stupid because they just want to be able to breathe again. Also great to if traveled 51/2 hrs for someone to be so rushed they can be bothered to just sit and talk to you.
