โ โ โ โ โ I donโt want to deal with this office anymore and never recommend them , such a bad experience!!!! Every time I called ,their lines were busy and I remember the last time I called them , after a while I could reach them , the front desk was so rude on the phone. Anyway you can not book an appointment on the phone , because there is no answering machine and they donโt reply your emails , not possibility online . Horrible customer service and waste of time !

โ โ โ โ โ I have been looking for a family doctor since I moved to Vancouver(2013). I finally found Dr. Yunus. I canโt seem to get an appointment with her though. Not only does she rush through appointments, sheโs cancelled on me twice at last minute. Unacceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ For me Dr Yunus is really helpful with all my requests. She listen to everything I have to say. I wouldn't change doctors for nothing. Absolutely love her. Super recomend

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give less than a one star review, I certainly would. I have made three appointments total with this doctor and she has cancelled two of them without notice. However, if a patient cancels with less than 24 hours notice they charge. Hypocrisy in action. Even when I seen her, the doctor seemed unprepared and not very willing to listen. When I voiced my displeasure about the cancelled appointment, the receptionist simply suggested I can find another doctor, which is actually the best advice I had received from them. Avoid at all costs unless you wish to visit a doctors office that has zero compassion for its patients and is just out to rip off medical services plan....

โ โ โ โ โ If you need a referral look elsewhere, they will milk every penny out of you. And then not book your appointments when you've exhausted all their "options". They also have no problem lying to you to keep getting that bread, just in case that wasn't self-explanatory in the first sentence.

โ โ โ โ โ We were looking for a family doctor for a while because our previous doctor moved out from Burnaby. Based on couple reviews, we chose Dr Yunus and now I regret that I didnt go with another one - we had the option. Dr. Iram Yunus always is in a rush and so far was not helpful at all. Once we had two appointments one after another for two people and she was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. I guess she spent around 4 minutes maximum for two of us. I have a high level of potassium and I still could not resolve it with her. It seems she does not know what to do. She sent me for a blood test a few times and they showed the same result and that is all her help. I had a few concerns about my child and she seems only irritated when I asked her the question. Very disappointing.
