โ โ โ โ โ Went to this place for an allergy test. Doctor was professional anything else is just awful. Receptionists are very very rude when I went to pick up my own results when they were taking ages to fax them to another clinic. I told them I want my own results printed out to which they refused because it's 'Canada law'?? Which part of the law states that you're not allowed to view your own medical information? Very bad attitude and instead of educating themselves they just decide to behave in an arrogant way.

โ โ โ โ โ I didn't realize they have so many specialists under one roof. I have seen Internal Medicine and Allergy here. They ordered a lots of tests for me. Some of the results took a long time to come back. But I think the doctors are competent and they mean well. They also answer my questions. My first visit was an hour and 30 minutes. I don't think I have ever had a visit at the doctor for that long LOL. Keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ I had just got new eyeglasses and after a few days started to get migraines. My family doctor referred me to this doctor. After 3 hrs of testing and 2 hrs waiting, the results were, "Your brain is too big for your skull, causing pressure, causing the migraines". I said I got new glasses and I think the prescription is wrong, and he said, "Or it could be that". You gotta love specialists

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Kan is a very knowledgeable allergist and I appreciate the time he takes to answer my questions. The support staff has always been great and prompt with scheduling, sending lab tests and prescriptions.

โ โ โ โ โ The award for the most unhelpful and rude front desk staff goes to Lina, who prefers talking over you rather than trying to help you.
You will have to repeat questions multiple times as she will cut you off and answer what she assumes you are asking. She is more interested in being right and making sure you know it rather than looking for solutions that can benefit patients without hindering anyone else. Your experience at the clinic is great while you're talking to the doctor. Once you leave and need anything else, hopefully you reach anyone other than Lina.
Truly unfortunate as Dr. Andrea Lee is a fantastic doctor. I hope she opens her own practice so she can hire someone who cares about people as much as she does.

โ โ โ โ โ I saw lots of negative reviews on this clinic, and would like to say I had the same experience.
The clinic does not want to take care of you, just want to make money. I understand many doctors dont want see their patient because of COVID. But the doctor even does not want to do any test, just want to make a phone call and then claim from MSP for money.

โ โ โ โ โ My Dr asked for an emergency appointment with Dr Anthony So, and instead of having me wait for a week or longer, Dr So called me at home at 530 on Saturday night. He was very interested and helpful, and wasn't rushed at all. We ended up talking for an hour. I would recommend him to anyone who requires a rheumatologist.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Chan is my cardiologist. Talked with him through the phone three times. He listens very carefully and answered all my questions and concerns. Ordered proper tests for me and introduced multidisciplinary team to help. Every time after I talk to him, I receive a follow up phone call from a RN. The nurse, technician and front desk girls are all professional and helpful. I really appreciate the care from centrio specialist team. They have different specialists and almost covere all the fields of internal medicine. The doctors, nurses and MOAs speak multiple languages. Waiting time is not long. The location of the clinic is very convenient. They have their own holter, ECG, stress test and sleep study. The lifelab and x Ray are located just cross the road. Two hours underground free parking is always available.
