Over the past two years, I have dealt with frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis in both feet, and finally a bout of excruciating sciatica issues that brought me to the emergency in August of 2017. I have also traversed several stressful periods due to family issues including taking care of elderly parents and the death of one of them in February. After trying everything to relieve the pain and nothing really working, I decided to try Bowen therapy. I found Dr. Hamid online. I met with him for an initial 15 minute consultation, and it was the best decision I could have made towards healing physically and emotionally. Dr. Hamid is a gentle soul, but I jokingly call him a witch doctor. I was honest with him about being skeptical about Bowen therapy, acupuncture, cupping and herbal remedies, but they all, in combination, proved to be the start of my feeling “normal” again. After my initial experience with (what I called “hokey”) Bowen therapy, I was able to get out of bed the next morning with less pain and stiffness. The herbal remedies are helping from the inside out by improving my mood, sleep, and ENERGY! Six weeks in, I can really see a marked improvement and will continue to work with Dr. Hamid. Everyone is different and needs to find what works for them. Dr. Hamid is excellent at pinpointing issues and suggesting treatments that would be most beneficial. I would highly recommend Dr. Hamid. He is knowledgeable, but gentle and not pushy in any way. His modalities of practice fascinate me and have made me a believer. Thanks so much Dr. Hamid!

I've been going to Dr. Hamid just shy of a month and his treatments have been noticeable since day one. My stomach has always been sensitive to some types of foods, but I wasn't exactly sure what they were. With his advise and guidance on my diet, I've noticed a great improvement with my overall health as well. He is also very patient when it comes to explaining what the treatments are targeting and how they contribute to my overall health. I highly recommend!

Dr. Hamid has been my naturopathic doctor for the past 3 years. When I first saw Dr. Hamid, I was suffering from numerous chronic physical and emotional problems. I also had severe chronic pain in my back which was due to an old injury from my childhood. During the past 3 years I have received various types of treatments from Dr. Hamid and all of my health concerns have been resolved. Having him as my doctor was great since he fixed all of my health issues using various types of therapies. After seeing him, immediately my digestive issues were resolved and my mind became very clear. Gradually all my other health concerns were gone. I still remember how constantly and gently my spine was correcting itself after his Bowen treatments. I could not believe that the chronic lumbar pain I had my entire life was simply gone! My experience has been fantastic since I could get various types of care from one doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Hamid. He is very knowledgeable, passionate and caring. My path to becoming healthy has been very exciting, pleasant, and gentle due to Dr. Hamid's very kind and positive approaches.

PROS: Office space, location. CONS: Revenue-oriented practice that wants their patients to book as many appointments as possible and purchase as many herbal remedies as possible. Ladan was my acupuncturist up until recently when an unpleasant encounter with her made me realize that the frequency of my visits with her (i.e. how much money I gave them) was directly proportional to her motivation to retain me as a patient. After her emotional labour evaporated and she revealed her true self to me, I realized that we are NOT a good match for one another.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Hamid Tajbakhsh. I came to him to relieve my digestive issues and was recently told I may have IBS. For nearly 2.5 months I was experiencing daily stomach cramping. Being an active healthy individual this made my life miserable. After seeing Dr. Hamid my symptoms virtually disappeared within two days. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to him for giving me my life back. He came up with a treatment plan that consists of dietary changes, herbs, and stress reduction. I would also like to add that it is rare to find a doctor these days who is so thorough with their analysis and listens to your problems. He is patient, extremely friendly and professional. I saw both Dr. Ladan and Dr. Hamid for a course of 3 months to heal from topical steriod withdrawal. Before I went there I was suffering from red skin syndrome all over my body, intense itch, adrenal issues, insomnia, allergies, etc. Through Dr. Ladan and Dr. Hamid’s help, I was able to see progress every single week and get from rock bottom to a manageable level. Fantastic clinic offering acupuncture and naturopathic services. They care for you regardless of your budget and I love that they can customize herbal solutions for your specific needs. The clinic is also very safe and follow all health orders unlike some other clinic. My interactions with both doctors has been great and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to increase their health.

I ended up paying ~600 for a single visit of about 1.5 hours. I was asked to do second consultation with other doctor in the same practice without telling me the reason. They both charged separately and wanted me go through two acupuncture treatments in a day.
