End Of The Roll - Burlington

Last month we were shopping around for carpet for our basement.We almost close to work with competitor. How ever when we met with Carla at End of the roll. We change our decision. She was very professional and her personal touch and follow up was excellent. She was engaged in end to end process. Thank you ❤️ Carla and Raj.

Dave is amazing!! We were in quite a bind when moving homes and realizing at the last minute that the carpets in our children’s rooms were in terrible shape. He worked so hard to fit us into the schedule before our move date. The install was quick and professional. Dave was also so helpful when picking carpet and sticking to our criteria for budget and style. He’ll be the first and only call we make for carpets going forward! Thank you!!!

Edited from an earlier positive review...really disappointed! Save your money, and go somewhere else! 5 months ago we began working with End of the Roll Burlington. We purchased a luxury vinyl plank product and paid them to install for a newly renovated home. We pulled everything out, down to the studs and subfloor. There was nothing in the house, and Raj came to do the initial inspection and measurements, and left us with instructions to prepare the subfloor. He never came back to do a final inspection before having his installers quickly (in about 5 hours) install over 900 sqft of flooring over the bare subfloor. The floor was covered by ramboard by us after installation and we eventually moved back in a month later. Within 3 months, our LVP product cracked!! The manufacturer and Raj came back to inspect and the installer accused us of dropping something on it. They eventually confirmed that the subfloor was not prepared. It was THEIR responsibility to ensure the substrate was ready, and they installed anyway! The installers eventually returned over a month later to pull up half of the floor to the damaged area, and instructed us to "level" the subfloor. We did, and upon returning to install again, they used broken planks and tried to cover it up with glue, and didn't cut around the vent properly. They had the opportunity to use an entire box of new planks, and even left us with new planks but reused broken ones instead. We were lucky to still have shoemould left over to replace portions that were totally damaged, and we were not compensated. They did not care to do this properly, just get in and out as fast as possible because they were on the hook for the repairs. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating, disruptive to our family, and totally avoidable! Raj passed off responsibility to his installers and we would never have them either of them back in our house after such disappointing professionalism.

We searched half a day for an area rug at other stores, then went to End of the Roll. We got fantastic service from a lady there who understood our need and colors. Within 2 minutes she found the perfect rug! We bought it and it looks amazing in our home. We were so impressed with EoR that is now our only flooring store.

My overall experience at Burlington -End Of The Roll was fantastic. Contacted most major carpet supply chains and found their staff very friendly and honest. Estimator was very informative in explaining the process. Pricing was very competitive and installers were extremely impressive with their attention to detail. Could not be more pleased with entire experience. Highly recommended.

The prices are great, and the sales side is superb. I had a quote done for installation back in February 2020 by a local guy who did amazing work, at incredible prices. By the time we were able to do the install however, he had an injury, and could no longer do the installation. He recommended that I contact Joel at End of the Roll. Right off the bat, Joel matched the quote, then came out, did his own measurements, and saved me even more money. Unfortunately however, the installation people they use are second rate. These guys came in, damaged my walls, broke a door handle (and tried to cover it up), left carpet nails sticking out on my stairs (which I stepped on), left pieces under the carpet in one area leaving a bump, and did not tack down the carpet properly in one area. Joel offered to send the guys back to fix things, however there was no way I would let these guys back into my house. There was nothing else done. No discount for the damages they caused. Go ahead and buy your carpet from this store, and save yourself some cash, however do yourself a favour and find another installer. The attached photos show only some of the damage they caused. This was all brand new drywall, freshly painted a week earlier. Nobody had been in the basement from the time everything was painted to the time of the installation, so it was obviously the installers who did this.

We continue to have work done to our home by Joel and the team at End of the Roll in Burlington. First was a very good quality vinyl flooring which was installed at a good price with a very efficient team. This week we had the upstairs completed by a father and son team and they too did an efficient and professional installation. Both jobs were completed in very good time and the workplace left exceptionally clean. We recommend End of the Roll for any of your flooring and carpet needs. They have a large inventory to select from and s staff that is very friendly and easy to work with for your flooring needs.

5 Star experience from start to finish. Dave at End of the Roll Burlington really let me take my time on choosing a carpet, never pushy and was very helpful in quoting what I needed. The same goes for the carpet installer Usif, who was very polite and courteous while I was working in the background. I will be going back to End of the Roll Burlington when I do my living/dining room because the experience was great. Thank you for a great experience.
