★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unfortunate incident with water earlier this year that impacted every floor in my house. Literally every floor surface in my house has had to be redone. Here is the silver lining, courtesy of Eden Tile-It in Burlington
After seeing this tile in a friend’s house I fell in love with it and thought I’d love to have it in mine someday. The water issue gave me the opportunity to realize that "someday" when I had to replace all my flooring. It was a very technical and intricate process to make it work with the hardwood but any worries I had were quickly set aside by Bill and his amazing and talented team Eden Tile-It ... I am simply so thrilled and blown away by how they made the vision a reality but even better. Nothing was overlooked. I am so grateful to have them working on this project and will never go anywhere else for my tile needs (they did my bathroom floors too and after I paint I’ll share those beauties too - I’m also now going to have them do my backsplash in the new year.) From the minute I walked into Eden Tile-It their crew had nothing but a can-do attitude and will do anything to support your creative ideas. (Psst - they also did the wood floors and carpets too). Thanks again Eden Tile-It ... so happy to have worked with you on this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selection of hardwood, vinyl, laminate and engineering flooring, tiles and carpets.
The showroom is clean and organized. You can even find some clearance items of good quality.
We bought our washroom tile flooring from them and 6 months later haven't been disappointment.
I agree with other reviewers that sales people here are missing in action . This is something that took out a star from my review. Other than that, this is a place to visit if you are looking to renovate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't often write reviews but I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with the staff at Eden Tile-It. This was our first time tackling a home renovation and I was more than a little overwhelmed. The customer service was outstanding. I'd popped into a few other tile stores but from my first encounter with Jen on the showroom floor I knew I was in good hands here. She calmly (and patiently!) helped me narrow down my choices for our small main floor shower room to get the look I was after and made sure I had all the necessary materials to have our tiler complete the work. Was also helped multiple times by Heky who was fantastic. Loved that I was able to get all the supplies required (mortar, grout, shower pan and drain, waterproofing materials and Schluter strips etc.) in one spot. The selection and quality of tiles were outstanding and I couldn't be more thrilled with the finished look of our zellige walls and Brazilian slate floors. I had such a great experience I went back for our primary bathroom which we're now working on! I included a progress picture to show how STUNNING the stone mosaic we went with is. Couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Tile-It and will certainly be back when we start on our kitchen in June. Thank you!

It was overwhelming to make a decision prior to arrival in store. The staff was so quick to help us and guide us through their wide selection of hardwood flooring on our first visit. From the incredible customer service and efficient staff our experience and our home transformation is remarkable which is why I am sharing our story. I highly recommend them. Our home feels like a dream home now!
