★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Measurements confusion on the day of installation. The roll of carpet the installer arrived with was too small. The carpet weld seam is separating less than a week after installation and now a tripping hazard.
UPDATE: End of the roll had the joint repaired but it is still visible.
The one star reflects the quality of the installation and my satisfaction with the end product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, lots of options at the store. Comparable prices. The owner is very nice to deal with. They also have a contracted floor/carpet installer if you choose to use them. Very happy with the service and installation. I had one room to do, it was done quickly and nicely.
I would definitely recommend.
