★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased their top of the line flooring for the main level of my home. We have a great contractor installing it. It is not easy to install as per sales rep & website. I had a straightforward general question about their product and felt I was getting the runaround from the store I purchased the flooring. I called Embassy for clarification. Nasty, hostile customer service. Don’t expect any help. They are not there to serve you.
