The driver was friendly and did not rush us even though we were running late. The owner was super helpful when booking the limo and gave us a great deal! Definitely recommend them for your next event!

Driver was late, vehicle smelled like booze, and worst of all they didn't even seem to care. I've been in many limos throughout the world but this was by far one of the worst. The company also goes under many different names which I believe is done in an attempt to get your business again even if you hated their service in the past due to the fact that you think you're booking with a different company. Read these positive reviews carefully and you'll see a pattern regarding the lack of grammar, spelling, and general dialect. You'll notice the majority of those positive reviews on here sound the same, and in my belief they are.

A few days before my wedding I get a call "confirming" the limousines that I ordered and everything was wrong. Was told too bad they couldn't do anything about it, only after my fiance and I said we would go with another company did they miraculously fix all the problems. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there! On the day of the wedding, on the way to the ceremony, the brakes on the limousine I was in stopped working. Instead of pulling over like we asked, the driver kept on driving putting our lives in danger. We then CRASHED into the building upon arrival. The owner could not care less. No refund, no apologies, nothing. WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would not recommend this company to anybody!!!

We had paid the service in full at reservation by mistake as the owner charged us the full amount by “accident”! On our wedding day, the driver showed up very late with an atrocious party bus!!! No one called us to advise of the change nor delay. I called the owner for explanation, he didn’t want to hear it and after a 20 min discussion he hung up on me. I have never experience worse customer service ever.

I own a store and we have to always deal with bad clients. Especially clients who always think they are right. Little advice, if your already getting a great price don't start asking for more. Some clients always try to get more but do not want to pay for it. If you want a service, be ready to pay the price. If you don't like the price go somewhere else and don't go on these reviews and try to ruin businesses. Business people have families to provide for. They are the ones you will hurt. SLS deserves only 5 star ratings because they are the best in the limo business. They are the most reliable, just to prove it, next time you see a limo in Montreal, look for the logo, majority of the time it will be SLS.

I was asking questions and when I mentioned that I need a party bus for my sisters sweet sixteen party, he told me "I'm not interested in driving around 16 years olds" (in a very insulting and sharp tone). Once I was about to end the call I said "okay, thank you I'll get back to you" he did not wait for me to say bye, he hung up. So unprofessional, never getting my business.
