★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver was really nice however some services that were offered were not provided in the end. There was suppose to be red carpet - nothing was even brought. Driver didn't know how to make the music work in the back (2 radios with Bluetooth and USB that was broken), this was one of my biggest requests and it couldn't even be done. The driver did bring 2 bottles of champagne (non-alcoholic :( ), and like i said was an excellent driver, on time, and friendly but the music really got to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE!!! Hired this company for my wedding and they almost ruined the whole day!!! Late to pick me up, nothing included (no 'wedding package'; no carpet, decoration, champagne etc) late for my own ceremony!!! Could have walked and been on time... WORST PART WAS THEY LEFT MY WIFE AND I STRANDED AT 3AM ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT. CONTRACT CLEARLY SAID PICK-UP AT 3AM AND NO ONE CAME, when I called they said too bad take a taxi. Wife was devastated. Terrible customer service ever since. If I could give 0 starts I would. I WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said it would come with a red carpet, the carpet was the size of a shoe box, as bride if I knew I would have bought a real long red carpet. Also I had specify to make sure the music would work for a CD at least, and he said to not worry it will work for sure. It did not even work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing service ever received. The car was there way before time and patiently waited to bring me and my brideamaid to the venue. It was raining all day and the chauffeur Domenico was extremely helpful and never left me once. He held an umbrella for us the entire time and even helped hold my dress. Without him the day wouldnt have been the same. Thank you so much for making a great difference on my wedding day. Strongly recommend.
