We recently had numerous issues with our heating system, ventilation system as well we wanted to clean up the indoor air quality of our home. Dave didn't hesitate & helped us explore various air cleaning systems until we found a good fit. Dave & Ty were amazing to deal with, were open and transparent about all costs. They explained the pro's and con's of each system we explored and made helpful recommendations. This allowed us to make the proper decisions for our family. Dave and Tyler recently installed our air conditioning and it is wonderful, Tyler and Dave are hard working, knowledgeable and both extremely courteous and professional. I would encourage anyone to give them a call, you will not be disappointed!
j	jamarkejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying I could not be happier with the service and workmanship provided by Dave and Tyler at Empire Air. My furnace quit working on the coldest day in February. Dave was booked solid, but showed up after hours and replaced my thermocouple so I could have heat for the minus 30 evening. My furnace was original from the build of my house (1978) and Dave had been here once before to repair it when the fan wouldn’t stop running. He explained the furnace could work for a while longer, but it wasn’t far from its demise. So we worked together to come up with a plan to replace my furnace and add central air. He provided me with options, supplied me with a quote, was able to provide financing options (if I chose), and let me do some comparisons and ultimately Empire Air was the right choice. It took a day and a little bit to remove, install, and clean up the entire job!! My furnace is quiet (no more squeaking fan belt) and I now have a programmable thermostat. The best part... I can sell off all of the window air conditioning units I purchased over the 12 years I’ve owned this home. Thank you Dave and Tyler for everything!!!

Dave and Tyler did a fantastic job with the installation, especially with our kitchen hood fan which was being particularly difficult. They were very understanding and patient with us as first-time home builders which we very much appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Empire Air!!
E	Eric G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave and his team were great - we bought a home that was having AC issues and Dave was easy to get a hold of, responsive, and was able to find the problem quickly. Based on the age and condition of the system, Dave walked us through 3 possible fixes, the pluses and minuses of each, and was able to provide clear estimates/budgets for each choice. We decided the best choice for us was to replace the AC, and Dave helped source a new unit, and get in installed quickly (before the heat wave currently!). The final invoice was as quoted, and the work performed was great - really clean installation inside and out. Today will be 37C but we are nice and cool inside now! Very happy, would highly recommend Empire Air, and we'll be calling them back in the fall for maintenance on our furnace and fireplace!

The install crew was awesome and Tyler was on time, responsive, communicative, easy to deal with, and the installation was SO quick! They were respectful, clean, didn't leave a mess, and were great with my dog as they came in and out. Dave came to plan it out and do the quote and Tyler and Johnny did the actual install. All of them were on time, knowledgeable, tidy, very professional and did amazing work.
