★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time on this place. I called because my vehicle is stucked, the man on the phone ask my info and said will call me back. I waited 20 minutes and no one called back, so I called again to ask when they will come. They gave me a phone number asked me to send the picture of how my car stuck so they can figure out the price. I send the photo and they said they didn’t receive it, and hung up my phone. Wasted an hour doing nothing. After that I called another tow company and it only took me 4 minutes on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont use this company!!!! , on may 14 .2022 I called them , my car broke down in west Vancouver they told me 30-40 wait after an hour I called them to ask how much longer ? The guy said the driver is almost there , waited another 15 min still nothing , called them again , he said I will make the driver to call you , that never happened, called them 4th time pretty annoyed at this point just to hear the guy on the phone saying “omg we didn’t charge you yet and we not sending the truck “ and that was after me waiting an hour and a half … and I checked my visa they still charged me $95 ….
