R	Rhi b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had a sore throat and tonsil swelling going on 2 weeks. Tested negative for Covid, had no other symptoms and no new symptoms. The front reception would not accept us coming in and neglected to treat my daughter. Told me to go to Millwoods testing center and get tested for covid again, These testing centers don't test for any other viral or bacterial infections. Just covid. She ended having strep and needing antibiotics. This neglect is unnecessary and the healthcare providers at this clinic need to consider better patient care. I will never come to this clinic again.
B	Brad S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment. Waited for 1 hour in a room . The receptionist then came in to tell me the Dr. was on his way. From where? From his home in Sherwood Park. He MIGHT be there in 15 minutes or so. He actually did arrive in about 15 mins - I saw his nice BMW pull up. I was then put back in a room where I waited for another 30 mins before I got up and left without being seen. Because of the required COVID appointments (no walk-ins) there was only 1 other client in the clinic, so not like it was busy. Just a very inconsiderate Doctor. Would give 0 stars if I could.

a	amy lantz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years now they are never on time and the longest I’ve waited with an appointment is close to 3 hours you might as well go to a hospital they don’t listen to your problems I am 23 years old and still have to bring my mom in because I look a certain age they dont give you your results they just prescribe med they think you should be on honestly I can’t fine any other clinic that will take me because of COVID so hopefully they take there business seriously or not at all
B	Bobbi Kraken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low reviews are for a reason. Had an appointment and waited for over an hour. After confronting them they said they didn't know when he was showing up. Mid conversation she "learned" he had an emergency to go to. No, she didn't answer the phone. She was sitting right in front of me and suddenly remembered it was an emergency. They could have come and informed me at any time that I would be waiting a long time. Late for work and had to leave without my ultrasound referral. Would have taken 3 minutes. Do not book an appointment here. They change doctors often and DO NOT honor any appointments. I highly doubt I will even get a call back for my referral.

R	Roshan Samuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor time management, had my appointment booked at 1:30 pm ( told them while booking the appointment in the morning that it’s my break time). I waited for the doctor till 2:15 pm in the clinic. Then had to leave without getting to meet the doctor because my break time was up. If you can’t honour the time of appointment then don’t book people for the specific time, Just say we consider everyone as walk-in.
