B	Brendan Coates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend surprised me with a spontaneous dinner date. Initially there was some confusion with reservations. So I would suggest to call to confirm the day of just to be sure. Once we resolved the little hick up, Douglas the manager was an incredible host. He educated us on their menu. The appetizers were sensational. Pizzas were so good! Love the sourdough! If you want to be entertained and socialize, I highly recommend getting a bar seat in front of the pizza wood burning oven. We are coming back for sure!

Negative reviews for mask mandates do not count towards the actual representation of the business. Overall, the food is amazing, the service was even more amazing. The food is flavor-forward, and the dishes are built upon a foundation of carefully sourced, best-in-class ingredients. It's obvious that everyone working there loves their jobs, and are the sort of knowledgeable professional one would expect and want to meet when going out for fine dining. The place even took care of small details that includes my favourite cutlery. The menu was simple and focused. It changes periodically, that gives me a reason to visit the place again. Food was amazing. Each ingredient showed its distinct flavour, and yet mixed in balance. They were lightly seasoned and tasted healthy. Moreover, they were beautifully presented. Portions were small but it was okay to me, as I got to try multiple dish without being too full. Lastly, I want to thank to great service which made my experience complete. I can't wait to visit this place again to try different flavour.

Perfect for an intimate dinner experience or date night. The staff provided the best experience and their food knowledge and pride showed with every visit to our table.

I’m a big “get what you pay for” person and man, I felt like we got more than what we paid for. The food was amazing and probably had the best pasta I have ever had. Everything else was great and I had no remorse over our bill. Service and atmosphere was also outstanding, it felt like we were DT Toronto and not just in Burly. We will absolutely be back! Thank you ELeVATOR Bistro for the fantastic evening.

I was excited to book a reservation for this place for my husbands birthday as we’ve passed by it while walking a few weeks before and were intrigued. Not only is the facility stunning and clean, but the service is absolutely impeccable! The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. The food was amazing! You can tell that it is a carefully curated menu. The server actually told us they change the menu almost every week! We thoroughly enjoyed the Mushroom Bao, the Crudo, and the pizza! We also had cheese and meats (charcuterie) and all the cheeses were so unique and tasteful! Overall, such a great experience from both my husband and I!
