H	Hai Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try this place last week on Tuesday. Ordered large ribs and hamburger. Food quality seemed good and cooked well. The ribs were lacking in flavor and the hamburger felt like it wasn't seasoned very well. The coleslaw was very dry as well. The fries were good. I rarely send food back, didn't say anything because other reviews stated the same thing. North Coal Reps, seem to take not so favorable reviews to heart which is a good thing. There seems to be a consistency of flavor lacking in multiple reviews and hopefully this can be addressed.
m	marwah saad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best salad ever! I liked the twist of sweetness with candied squash, cranberries and toasted almonds? surely will be my fave dish. Loved the halloumi sticks and the lemon mint aioli as it says in the menu “Must-Have”.
E	Eliza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the food here is 10/10!! Staff is super friendly and attentive. Chicken Caesar is my fav. Dill pickle chips are a MUST. Raquel was our server and she was amazing the entire time. No brainer when I am downtown Burlington and hungry or thirsty!
G	Gian Barzellotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to be! We went to this restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday! The patio is set up nicely and it has a good atmosphere. The staff working was very nice and helpful. Food is to die for! About the only thing we can critique is that the tall patio chairs are not very comfortable and the patio has no cover, so if it rains while you’re eating, you’re screwed!

We had to wait 45 minutes to get a table. When we finally sat down, the service was slow, it took them a while to take our order and even for water refills, it would take them a lot to get back to our table. We ordered “Pulled Pork Sandwich ” and “Steak Wrap” both with fries as side. I expected the fries to be come in bigger portions based on the photos I’ve seen on Google. Pulled Pork Sandwich was ok, a little burned. It would’ve been better if the steak pieces were smaller; because the steam was cooked medium and you could only eat the whole piece with one bite and you would be left with bread, tomato and romaines.

We came here to celebrate a family birthday and the service was pretty good. They even didn’t mind my baby chucking his carrots everywhere. The food was pretty decent, with some notable hits (potato fritters and Donair!) and misses (the salmon was so small it was honestly kind of sad & the rib sauce - something with whiskey in it was very bland). Still a great lunch experience despite the 3 star food. The friendly service more than made up for it!
