Elegant Nails

This place has horrible customer service, and the lady at the front was very rude. My mom and I went to get a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure which costs 50 dollars each. Firstly, the water in the tub was very cold and was probably filled up even before we got there. Next, the lady who was giving my mom a pedicure, completely forgot to scrub and cream her legs, and when my mom asked her to do it she said it was to late. After, my mom payed 5$ extra to get me two flower designs on my foot, and the lady rushed so the white flowers ended up turning pink because the nail polish underneath wasn't dry. She didn't fix it and moved on to my hands. At around 3:10 my mom and I left after they told us we can leave and we roamed the mall only to discover that our nail polish got smudged because it wasn't dry yet. My mom took us back and the lady at the front yelled at us because we left early event though they told us to leave. They ended up fixing our nails, and for me she didn't even reapply, she just painted on top and still left the dents. The manager and the ladies then completely stopped talking to us because they didn't want to tell us to leave because they knew that our nail polish would get never dry (probably because they had old nail polish) so left it up to us when to leave. We stayed there for an hour and it still wasn't dry so I had to go buy us slippers. During this time, my mom asked the manager when we could leave like a definite time, complained about the customer service, and the manager legit scoffed and laughed in her face! They didn't even apologize! 50 dollars for this type of service is an utter waste, and you could get better customer service at other salons for the same price.

I've gone here twice and honestly had a good experience both times. My mum and my cousin got their nails done. $25 for a pedicure is pretty reasonable considering that they remove the dry cracks on your feet and give you a massage! Not to mention, they have a great selection of colours. My mum who has undergone medical treatment and had her nails removed because of the effect of the treatment, was fully taken care of. And, her nails (fingers + toes) look beautiful! It is a bit pricey but if you take in all of the equipment and the care that is taken in, it's worth it .

I’m very with their services. I’ve dealt with Dana and she was great. Then now with Helen and I love her work. Very friendly. She’s very detailed with her work. Best people to go to is Dana & Helen.

I've gone once for my pedi but this is the first time for the Mani. It seemed like the nail tech didn't give a damm and just rushed through it. I asked for square cut and it was not straight. I pointed it out to her and she "fixed" it. She also nicked me when she was trimming my cuticles. Disappointed in the service and nail tech

owner was super rude she overcharged for nothing. And never asked me what kind of nails I want asked her for Almond shape she did Round and Zero professionalism.

Uhhhh I regret going soooo much. I payed $75 for bio gel extensions… Listed as $55?? Didn’t understand the price, glue is all over my nails, they look so clumpy I’m so stressed because it’s not a small amount I payed. She used the same unsanitised tools on my that were used on everyone else and the brush she used on my hands she used to wipe down the glass, the table and everything else around. This place should be shut down honestly
