★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible bridal dress shopping experience. The saleslady didn't listen to what I wanted or even try to find me suitable dresses for me to try on. She just threw me the most expensive items to try and didn't help me with my dresses in the dressing room. Every time after I put a dress on, I had to open the door for her to notice me for her to help me into the dress. Wedding dresses are usually so big and complicated, how can I even be expected to put it on myself? (They carry sizes 8 and up, which means you will definitely have to alter the dress if you want it. Alteration is an extra cost.)
What a disappointing and degrading experience. They have a lot of nice looking evening wear though. But this experience left me with such a sour taste in my mouth that I wouldn't recommend this shop or want to come back any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite dress shop! They offer a wide selection of good quality beautiful dresses. I often go there for alterations as their price is reasonable and they made me a right fit. The staffs are very helpful and friendly too. As for my aunt, she enjoys the facial service they provide. The esthetician was able to solve her skin problems professionally. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joanna was amazing from start to finish. She tailored my mother-in-law dress, and helped my mom pick and tailor a beautiful dress for my wedding. She even steamed my dad's suit. All was done quickly, on-time, and well. My mom is very critical and she had nothing, but great things to say. Joanna even gifted me a wedding present on our last visit. I should have got my dress alterations done here! Would definitely recommend, will be using her moving forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caused my wife many sleepless nights by totally messing up her wedding dress. Then arguing that her dress was too revealing and that she was doing her a favour to “fix” it. Joanna makes a lot of promises for the dress alterations and then comes up empty while trying to make the customer feel bad about their dress choices. This is our experience. You be your own judge.
