The store was beautiful and immaculately clean, something you would see in a big city like Calgary or Edmonton. The service was fantastic and I actually found my perfect dress directly off the rack! Would highly recommend.

They also stayed late to wait for my last bridesmaid to arrive to allow everyone to try on my desired bridesmaid dresses and then take measurements. The hands on help with getting the dresses on, and the advice and honest opinions without the pressure the sale is so great. Love the White Room!

The owner of the shop, Agnes, is extremely professional, attentive, is great at helping you get in/out of the dresses. There is a beautiful assortment of dresses in stock (I did not try on a single one that I didn't like). I really enjoyed being able to walk through the showroom and hand-pick the dresses that I wanted to try on, and when I found a dress that I loved, I did not feel pushed or persuaded at all to make a purchase. I am beyond happy with the dress I found there and the whole experience I had there from start to finish. I can't wait to go back to get the bridesmaids dresses now!

The service was really not what we were expecting after going to other places in Medicine Hat and Calgary. It may have just been a busy day, but they really only asked us to pick a few dresses to try on, then they put them in the dressing room and left us. We were also sharing the space with other groups of people. Normally, businesses like this would only book as many appointments are there are spaces to try on and sit around with your group to make it feel personal. They would also help you do up the dresses and clip them up to help you envision how it would look in your size. It was the worst service out of all they places we went, and it was the one that I had expected the best service, being a little boutique shop. It may have just been the day, but I hope they work on the service so that it is not so underwhelming for other customers. EDIT: Nov 2019 Went back here now looking for bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids (the last time I was here, I was a bridesmaid for a friend). We had better service this time so raising my rating from a 2 star to a 3 star, but still does not compare to other stores we've been too. Again, the place is beautiful and the dresses are gorgeous, just not the same level of service and knowledge that you find at other stores. Other drawback is the lighting is really not great for comparing colours and styles.

I thought I'd have to go to Calgary to view certain brands, but they were available at the White Room. Great prices too! The owner was fantastic at answering any follow up questions & she genuinely cares about her brides feeling beautiful & finding the "one".

There was a great selection of different dress styles that were simple and elegant, with lots of variation in terms of colour options, as well as material and cut. The service was lovely, and the owner was welcoming and friendly, which made the process of shopping all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend shopping here for those looking for beautiful dresses and a great experience.
