Regularly have my nails done by Emma. Quality, professional work. Friendly atmosphere. Love all the trendy nail art. I follow their insta page, so much talent at Nails Ave. ?

The ladies were super nice but seemed to be overbooked with several customers waiting for their appointments (they did say an employee called in sick so I understand they tried their best, but I feel the service reflected them being short staffed unfortunately). Booked 4 pedicures, the appointment was scheduled incorrect by 2 hours and original time was no longer available when I called to correct them so we had to push it back (they did apologize), then an hour before the appointment they texted saying they were short a person so two of us would have to share a person in order to still do the service, they asked if this was okay but it was so close to the appt time we wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere else and had all planned the day around this so I said yes. When we got there was told one of the massage chairs is broken as well. I booked a 1 hr 15 min pedicure but it was maximum 45 minutes of actual pedicure and spent the remaining 45 minutes either sitting with a cold wet towel on my feet or waiting for toes to air dry (no drying fans there). I noticed they just did a single coat of color for my toes as well as I can almost see through it in spots, likely due to being rushed with 3 other waiting customers who seemed to also have appointments and the other 3 people in my group standing around for nearly 20-30 minutes for me to finish. I think they charged us less due to the not providing two of us the pedicure we booked which I appreciate and would expect, but I unfortunately wouldn’t call it a 5 star experience as the other ratings suggested. Heads up, unless you pay with cash the machine seems to have no option to put your own tip or no tip so we all ended up tipping at a pre-set amount regardless of how we felt about the service.

I was a first time, walk in client yesterday, but it definitely won’t be my last time. Emma was the sweetest! She was very kind, patient and meticulous. I got exactly what I asked for. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Lotta is so kind and caring, takes her time to perfect the nail and pays attention to details. I’m so happy with my nails they are beautifully done and shaped perfectly. Very luxurious atmosphere and you get a heated foot massage while getting your nails done, yes please! Highly recommend and will be coming here permanently!

The nail tech was very nice, but I would only rate this as an okay experience. The building was way too cold which was not relaxing. I have a couple of cuts on my feet from when my skin was scrubbed and bubbles under a few of my nails, which don't look the best Edit: they called to fix everything which was very sweet of them!

First time here and I will be back for sure. I got a pedicure from melody and she was so sweet and super gentle. They have a great color selection, the chairs are super comfy and all the products are vegan and cruelty free. Definitely recommend this place again.

I love this chic salon, not your ordinary nail parlor, the ambience is cozy and sophisticated. The staff are very welcoming, all smiles and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Emma and Lotta for making me feel pampered today! I will highly recommend you to my family and friends. Also, many thanks to Abbie for accommodating me!

The vibe at Nails Ave is so welcoming and relaxing. I get my nails done by Gesa and she is a perfectionist in her craft. I love the shape and designs. Highly recommended!
