I had an antique couch rebuilt/recovered and then purchased a number of other pieces, including a custom sectional. They are friendly, fantastic and very true to their word!

We relied on her expertise to guide us through the decision making part of the process. The sectional sofa we received is everything we could of asked for and the quality is very evident. This is a family business that cares about their customers and the quality of their craft. We loved our sectional so much that we had Markham furniture make us a matching ottoman with storage, a bench for our bedroom with storage and a stunning tufted headboard. However, unfortunately, after a couple of months there was a small problem with the fabric. Joseph responded to our call very quickly and came out to our home to inspect the sofas. It was determined that it was a manufacturers defect in the fabric. Markham Furniture then offered to pick-up the two sofas, return them to their factory and completely re-upholster them with a similar fabric of our choice. All at no cost to us. There was no argument, no hassle. Just a sincere apology for the inconvenience. Markham delivered our "new" sofas yesterday, and they look great. This kind of outstanding customer service is certainly unusual these days. We would recommend Markham Furniture without hesitation for a quality product and great service.

They were very patient, built it to the way we wanted, while providing their recommendations for a perfect sofa. The construction is great, close attention to detail and absolutely comfortable. They came over to verify dimensions and built it to just sent fit through our stairwell. End result: Great quality, well built and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.
