โ โ โ โ โ Today I happen to visit this SDM location to buy straight razor. I asked the person standing at cosmetics section, she pointed out to look for at at certain shelf. I spent a lot of time there but was unable to find it. Then, again, I came to cosmetic section, there was a person on counter with name of Sanjay. I asked him that can he help me find the straight razor? as I am unable to find it the particular place. First he stood unconcerned and then he said he dont ihow anything, and advised me to go to cash counter. I went to cash counter, the lady called some one to help in from merchandise department. To my astonishment, same person ( Sanjay) came to help me. I showed him the picture on website regarding to the product. He went to cheeck at back store and came with answer that they dont have it. Then I asked him why he was unable to help me when I asked him earlier, he said that he did not wanted to leave that place as some one might pick some item from there in his absence. I further asked him, as he is here, is some one coveri him in that section in his absence ? he said there is no one.
Now I fail to understand his action, was he trying to be lazy or he lacks customer service skills or may be any specific reasons, best known to him. This is worst ever experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The cashier Brandee is so nice! She greeted all of the customers with an enthusiastic "Hi, how are you?" She was very helpful and just all round cheerful.

โ โ โ โ โ These are the worst people that made up this team at this pharmacy at Woodside square. They are dishonest, and most undesirable ladies to speak with. They kept all the Rapid Antigen Test kits that are supposed to be for small businesses to themselves. They lack customer orientation skills and basic common sense. Stephanie is known for her dishonesty and credibility issues.
I hope this location closes down soon and sent them looking for a job.

The longest wait that I've ever had. Dropped off the prescription yesterday afternoon and was told I could pick up today. Came in 6pm today. Still not ready. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. So I waited. 30 mins in, not ready. Finally got it after waiting for another 20 mins. I understand the staffs are busy. But definitely poor management.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been to this shoppers before, but never went to the pharmacy before. Today my friend was looking for a pcr test and he asked this light skin lady where we could find them. She answered by telling us they didnโt have any, which is fine. After that I started looking at the signs so I can find the razors I came for and this women says โyou canโt be loitering in this storeโ. We literally just got in, went straight to the pharmacy and started looking for the razors not even 1 minute after walking through the doors and she said it so rudely too. Itโs embarrassing to see older people without manners. Looks like she needs to be taught what a 5 year old already knows.

โ โ โ โ โ what's the pitiful owner of shoppers in woodside square. He said "sorry " for every bad review. Most bad review like this " the pharmacy section staff are very rude and poor customer services". It is definitely right. The pharmacy counter employee was rude and unprofessional. They can lie to you.
Especially pharmacist Kiana, She think she is queen, the customer is nobody.

โ โ โ โ โ This applies to the Pharmacy only! Horrible service! I was in so much pain, I dropped of my prescription payed for everything and told them my brother-in-law would pick it up later that day. Well, he went to pick it up it wasnโt ready. They told him they would deliver it the next day today is the 3rd day, I still havenโt received my medication. I called them they said maybe they didnโt know it had to be delivered. She put it for tomorrowโs delivery. Now she calls me back and says they didnโt charge me for one of the medications. I am furious and in pain. Do not go to this pharmacy ever! They are incompetent!
