β β β β β Dinner is good, price is reasonable, I will do another reveiw later.
This is a review of the servers. Nothing "Elegance" about the service, don't know why the rush to get us served (e.g. the soup) while there is not too many customers in the dinner room! We have 6 to our table, somehow only 5 (soups) were being served, portion of it spilled. Have no idea of how to position the dishes so the dinner can ALL fit into the table.
Perhaps; some training for the servers to live up to your name"Elegance".

β β β β β We came here because the place we wanted to go was full. But pleasantly surprised. It did get busier as the lunch hour progressed. They were offering S-M-L dimsum items flat rate 4.50 which is a great deal considering the inflationary climate. As can be imagined, a third of items were XL/SP with higher prices. They also had other promos on the menu like fishball noodles but we did not have a chance to try. The har-gow was decent, with chunks of solid shrimp that tasted very fresh and "above-average" in my experience. The char-siu rice noodles were a bit fragile; hard to move onto my bowl without breaking, but generous in the meat filling and quite good taste-wise. Would go again.

β β β β β For dinner, you can forget about this place. The food is horrible, poorly cooked and not fresh. My wife has diarrhea for two days, and I finally vomited. The menu choice was not that many, so we took what was recommended. Bad decision! Service is nothing more than ok. And miscalculated the bill. Hope they can improve and not aim to rip off first time patrons.

β β β β β I ordered dinner combo for 8 people. Good portion and variety for the price. Other than the shrimp dish, everything was pleasing. We don't like the shrimp because we don't enjoy the salty egg yolk coating. But if this dish was replaced with another cooking, we would be reordering the same combo next time.

β β β β β Great Chinese restaurant with high ceiling and beautiful design (left mostly from previous owner).
Service was friendly and good. Yuki served us with kindness.
Dim sum was affordable and good, hard to find A M L for single price $4.50 now a days.
Lunch special was a good deal for lobster noodles and chicken abalone congee. Don't expect actual whole abalone pieces though, just diced canned ones perhaps.
Washrooms are unfortunately down a set of stairs, may not be too user-friendly for elderly.

β β β β β Average dim sum with average prices. The waiters are attentive and the restaurant seems clean. The spring rolls and spare ribs were mediocre, although I did enjoy the rice noodles. They have a deal where a table of 4 or more get a free abalone and chicken congee (after 11am), which was nice.

β β β β β It looks like they changed owner. They still have < $4 for S,M,L dim sums before 11 am. They also have very affordable lunch menus. Decent quality for the price. I would love to come back to try other items.
