O	Olivier Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvaise experiance quand ses le temps de payer toute va bien mais quand tu arrive pour avoir du service aucun service j'ai mit un acconte sur une laveuse secheuse et puis il avais prit le mauvais numero de telephonne pour la livraison j'ai parler a une madame barbara qui ma dit que je n'aurais pas de frais et puis quand il sont arriver ils m'ont obligee de payer les frais de livraison . Ils etaient presses sont partit vite en me disant que je devrais payer 3 frais de livraisons . Il ma monter une facture avec un crayon plomb facture douteuse . Electro douteux . Si vous pouvez magaziner ailleur je vous le conseil fortement ! La cuisinière fonctionne parfaitement et elle est en parfait état. De plus, nous avons une garantie de trois mois. Je recommande sans hésiter cette boutique. First rate and friendly service. Obviously we were dealing with people who know this. Delivery within the hour for us. The stove works perfectly and is in perfect condition. In addition, we have a three-month warranty. Quand je l'ai acheté j'étais dans une situation urgente, j'étais en plein déménagement et il me fallait un Frigo tout de suite, parce que je ne voulais pas perdre ma nourriture. Nous étions un Samedis en fin de journée (presque à l'heure de fermeture du magasin) et le propriétaire et son camion de livraison n'était pas au magasin. La dame au comptoir a fait quelques appels et le propriétaire est arrivé rapidement au magasin pour livrer mon frigo à ma nouvelle adresse. C'est ce que j'appelle recevoir du bon service à la clientèle. J'ai reçu une garantie de trois mois, ce qui est très bien. J'ai déjà recommandé ce magasin à un ami, et je vous le recommande aussi. I bought a fridge at Électro-Écono twenty months ago and it still works very well. When I bought it I was in an emergency, I was in the middle of moving and I needed a fridge right away, because I didn't want to lose my food. We were on a Saturday at the end of the day (almost when the store closed) and the owner and his delivery truck were not at the store. The lady at the counter made a few calls and the owner quickly arrived at the store to deliver my fridge to my new address. This is what I call receiving good customer service. I received a three month warranty, which is great. I have already recommended this store to a friend, and I recommend it to you too.

J'ai repris rendez-vous et ils sont pas venu même si j'ai applé pour confirmé le rendez-vous le jour même. Il sont revenu une semaine plus tard pour trouvé le vrais problème (une pièce). Il m'on dit que j'allais avoir des nouvelles de la pièce le jour même, mais aucune nouvelle. Une semaine plus tard, je rappel pour me faire dire que la pièce n'existe pas. Mon frigo vient de me lâcher (Et oui début Juillet!) et j'ai appelé 2 réparateurs pour savoir combien ça POUVAIT me coûter pour faire réparer. Sans surprise les 2 sont restés vagues pour emmener le client à payer la visite à 80$ plus taxes juste pour savoir le coût de réparation. Tant qu'à me lancer dans ça pour un frigo de 10 ans, j'ai décidé de changer mais mon nouveau peut juste être livré dans 3-4 semaines. J'ai donc été dans 4 endroits, dont là, pour en trouver un de dépannage. Le monsieur qui m'a répondu, m'a alors demandé ce que mon frigo avait AVANT de penser à m'en vendre un autre et m'a dit que je devrais valider ça avant d'en acheter un autre. Comme je le savais pas il m'a dit de retourner chez moi et de l'appeler une fois retourné et avoir défait la plaque arrière. Il m'a alors fait vérifier 2-3 trucs pour savoir ce que c'était. Il m'a alors dit la cause, par téléphone et sans essayer de me faire payer un déplacement. Ce qu'il m'a mentionné confirmait que c'était beaucoup plus que ce que je désirais mettre sur un vieux frigo, mais j'apprécie au plus haut point qu'il m'aie aidé par téléphone sans essayer de rien me "charger" ni même juste penser à m'en vendre un autre sur le coup. Si vous avez besoin d'électros d'occasion ou encore plus si vous avez besoin d'en faire réparer, en aillant l'heure juste et sans vous faire avoir, appelez là sans faute. "or even just think about selling another one right away. If you need used appliances or even more if you need to have them repaired, at the right time and without being tricked, call it without fail.
c	chris gravel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monsieur Alain le technicien et proprio de l'entreprise est vraiment un type honnete je voulais acheter un frigo car le mien me semblait scrap mais plutot que de me vendre il m'a questionné au sujet de mon appareil en m'expliquant que le réparer serait sans doute moins cher et il avait raison il m'a dit de le laisser dégeler une quinzaine d'heures et il est venu déboucher mon drain miracle mon frigo marche comme avant pour 80 piasse plus taxes et le plus beau pour que je ne perde pas ma bouffe congelée pendant le processus j'ai pu emmener ma bouffe au magasin dans un de leur figo et il me l'ont emmenée quand ils sont venus reparer je vous les recommandes service génial Mr Alain the technician and owner of the company is really an honest guy I wanted to buy a fridge because mine seemed scrap to me but rather than selling me he asked me about my appliance explaining to me that repairing it would be probably cheaper and he was right he told me to let it thaw for about fifteen hours and he came to unclog my miracle drain my fridge works as before for 80 piasse plus tax and the best so that I don't lose my food frozen during the process i was able to take my food to the store in one of their figo and they took it to me when they came to fix it i recommend them awesome service

Cette personne possède plus de 40 ans d'expérience dans le domaine, ce qui m'a rassuré. Quelques années après mon achat, je croyais que ma laveuse était brisée. M. Alain n'a pas essayé de me vendre une autre laveuse ni de me facturer un appel de service. Il m'a demandé d'essayer quelques petits trucs avant de se déplacer ... et j'ai réglé mon problème gratuitement ! Ça fait du bien de rencontrer des entrepreneurs qui se soucient vraiment de leurs clients au lieu de penser seulement aux profits ! Je vous le recommande. I am very happy with my purchase!
