Highly recommend this company… They actually listened to what my problem was and how the last company won’t touch the pump.. They looked at the pump, actually fixed no problems.. was in and out in 30 mins.. Thanks again.. will be calling you again..

They came in for a service check for my dryer. They promised they will follow up with a quote and said they can fix my dryer When they got paid they just never responded to my messages or calls. They never got back to me. Warning for Future customers do not use this service. They don't care except for money. See sample convo attached. There is more proof, witnesses and a visitor log.

I should of read the reviews, i was told one price over the phone and when the tech showed up he looked at my fridge for 5 min he found the problem and then i was told another price. When i spoke to dispatch instead of helping me out she basically told me i was a liar. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Too bad google doesn't allow you to give a 0 star.

Con artist. Over charged for nothing. Said they would do a bunch of things to tune up the washer but only did one thing. Then, when I asked for the invoice, they wanted to charge $29 just to get a reciept, because they're tax frauds. Ended up paying way too much

Customer be aware of the Con Artist! I have never had a technician that came to my house without isolating the problem before issuing me a price. A technician, from MAAR24 Appliance Repair, came to my house to repair my washing machine. He presses power and start on my washing machine, gave me 3 possible solution and a price. I said, that’s it. You are not going to check further to tell me exactly what’s wrong with it. Before he can do that, he has to tell me the price and he proceed to tell me all the things that he will be doing to check and fix the problem. He said it will be removing the dryer above the machine, open the washing machine and isolate and fix the issue. I said, ok that sounds like a lot, so I said go ahead. He asked for a towel and started. He was done in 5 mins. That was fast, what did you do? Not much was said, just how to keep my washer clean and required load amount. I e-transfer the funds, and felt the whole time that the price was a bit much and he didn’t do all the things he said he was going to do. He inflated the price, time and effort to fix the machine. I’ve transfered the money and ask for an invoice because I wanted to see the details of the repairs he did. I was told I need to pay $29.25 extra before I get an invoice because the tech did not charge me for taxes. I said i’ve paid enough. I haven’t received that invoice and there goes my 3 month warranty because I need to take their word that they have me in their system and if something is wrong he will return with no extra cost. oh yes, and the lady at the office who lied about the labor being free. when i called her back and ask her about it. she claimed she never said that

They repaired our induction stove when nobody even wanted to come and see it, and the old dishwasher. Very professional and polite guy, did everything in no time. Very happy, will use them again! Highly recommend!

No issue with the service technician. The problem is with the office staff, a woman who takes the call & assigns the technician. She intentionally misrepresented (lying is another way to put it), the cost for service. She was asked explicitly for the cost of labour. Her answer was $79 & she went on & on about diagnosing & how the repair can be done on same day visit. What she avoided to say is that the cost for labour is a minimum $185!!! She knew what my question was but convoluted her response to make it sound like $79. She also misrepresented the location of the company. I wanted a local business. This is a large business all over area which subcontracts to technicians. Again, she lied and said they were local. Beware. I do not recommend this business.
